Privacy Policy

The short version
AppealBrain is designed to be private by default. The appeal-letter generator runs entirely in your web browser. The information you type in — your name, plan details, claim information, medical service description, and the letter itself — is not sent to our servers, not stored, and not shared with anyone. When you close or refresh the page, that information is gone.
Information we do not collect
- We do not require an account or ask you to sign up.
- We do not store the details you enter into the generator.
- We do not run advertising or tracking pixels on the generator tool.
- We do not sell or share personal information.
Analytics and other pages
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics on general pages (such as the home page and articles) to understand overall traffic. Any such analytics are kept separate from the generator tool and are not used to identify you. If we ever add advertising, it will not be placed on pages where you enter personal or health information.
Advertising and cookies
To keep the tool free, some of our informational content pages (such as our guides and state appeal-rights pages) display ads served by Google, including through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure those ads. You can learn more, and manage your ad settings, at Google's ad policies.
Ads are never shown on the appeal-letter generator, its results, or any page where you enter personal or health information. Those pages remain ad-free and tracker-free.
